OPTIONS FOR HOMES 

The Donway Covenant United Church on The Donway West partnered with Options for Homes a while back intending to provide reasonably priced homes for families in Don Mills, as well as a new modern space for the church. 

A second rezoning submission has recently been received by the City of Toronto, which indicates an increase in the number of units to be built at 230 The Donway West, as compared to the first submission, the change being the extension of the 5th and 6th floors from partial to complete levels, with the corresponding increase to the unit count. The building height remains the same at 6 stories. 

The new proposal comprises 308 residential units, 218 residential parking spaces, and 232 bicycle spaces. The Donway Covenant United Church will occupy approximately 8,000 square feet, with 40 parking spaces for visitors to the church.
