New Proposed Development at Concord Place

Fengate Asset Management is planning to redevelop 1-3 Concorde Gate and 10-12 Concorde Place. The plan is to construct a total of nine buildings at these locations, ranging in height from 40 to 52 storeys.

This is ridiculous. No schools in the area. Congestion will be unbelievable. These buildings will be to high for the area.
We did not want the first proposal, this is even worse.
